This is a story about developing a technology to enable key industries to continue operating during the pandemic.
In 2020, the Covid era, the CEO of the Discovery ADR group of companies (which includes a recruitment organisation), had to come up with an answer to how the recruitment organisation within those companies could continue to recruit when meetings were not possible.
That CEO is Jonathan Evans, still the CEO of those companies, and also now the CEO of Talenscio. The problem was how to run assessment centres without getting candidates and assessors together in a room.
The need for an instant solution required some creative thinking. Within a few months, a platform was built that enabled assessment centre agendas and briefs to be created and shared amongst assessors and candidates.
The success of that first version triggered the creation of Talenscio. Bring on board some fantastic developers to build the best platform, and a team to deliver the best customer service..... Talenscio was born.
Fours years later, the team continue to 'ideate' and innovate to provide new ways to make assessing talent faster, fairer and more cost effective.
